Delivery
When? - From the time of order your delivery should be with you within 3 working days UK only
How? - We send all parcels via carrier and they will need to be signed for on arrival. If you are not in a card will be left so that you can give further instructions.
How Much? - UK we only charge £5 per order (not per item)

If you need to return, exchange or cancel your order we make ever effort to try and make this process easy for you.
Credit Card orders
You can return any item or your whole order within 30 days from receipt for an exchange or a refund without questions asked.
Simply fill in the easy to use exchange/cancellation notice which will arrive with your order and send this along with your return items back to us.
Pay Pal orders
You can return any item or your whole order within 30 days from receipt for a refund without questions asked. If you wish an exchange please reorder the new items online.
